CrossOver FAQ

Q: I had such an amazing experience in WellBeing (formerly the Personal Effectiveness Seminar) that I think it would be better for me to give it some time to integrate the learning before having another big experience in CrossOver. What do you think?

A: It is true that many participants come out of our introductory seminar are awestruck by the experience and excited to begin using their new found skills and awarenesses immediately. Moving into CrossOver soon actually helps with this process. CrossOver builds on the learning of WellBeing or PES by assisting you to look deeply at yourself within the context of what you’ve learned so far and how you can create more of what you want by applying this awareness to specific areas of your life.

Q: How is CrossOver different from WellBeing or the Personal Effectiveness Seminar?

A: CrossOver is a five-day seminar. The first day of CrossOver is like the last day of
WellBeing or PES. Because participants are aware of what to expect, excitement is high and resistance is low, creating a great learning environment! CrossOver challenges you to choose new thoughts, behaviors and to expand your definition of who you are and who you want to become.

Q: Does CrossOver have any prerequisites?

A: Yes. You must be a graduate of WellBeing or the Personal Effectiveness Seminar.
