Our COVID-19 response: Wings Seminars is going VIRTUAL through July!

If there is one word that resonates throughout the fabric of Wings Seminars, it’s resilience. Right now, we are all facing the reality of being asked and even mandated to adjust our lives and practice social distancing and shelter in place as the best way to keep ourselves and others free of COVID-19. Some of these changes affect us in small ways and others are affecting us in significant ways. Now, more than ever, we are recognizing the importance and value of support and connection with others, and we are showing our resilience by making connection happen in new and creative ways, all over the world.

Since we can’t currently come together in our seminar spaces, we’re going to bring Wings to you! Through the end of July, we’ll be offering a variety of “live” Zoom calls, which are free to attend–see below for details. We hope you’ll join us.

A change to our availability. If you would like to contact us, we are currently available by email (only) at wings@wings-seminars.com. We will be monitoring this inbox Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. with the goal of responding within two business hours.

Prepare to join our calls–download “Zoom”

Take the time now to download Zoom to your computer or laptop here, or download the Zoom app from the app store on your smartphone or tablet. It’s free to download and join our scheduled meetings. Completing this step now will save a step later when you launch your first meeting with us. Each of our online get-togethers will require a Zoom meeting ID, a password, or both. IMPORTANT UPDATE! For Zoom call security reasons, please complete and submit your information within the registration boxes under the Monday and Wednesday call sections down below in order to receive access to a call. Zoom call links will also be provided via our emails/e-newsletter (must be signed up to receive) and at our Wings-Global Community private Facebook page. Mondays at Noon: Connection, Reflection, and Renewal 

Each Monday in April, May and June from 12 – 12:30 p.m. (optional check-in from 12:30 – 1 p.m.), guest facilitators will bring special topics to deepen your connection to self and others.

Wednesdays at 7 p.m.: Quiet Mind, Open Heart Meditation with Sherrie

Research shows group meditation helps deepen the meditative state. Sherrie will guide us through a 10 minute mindfulness talk and 20 minutes of meditation.
