Our free weekly calls are an opportunity to connect on important topics while we can’t be together in person. These calls are open to everyone, and we invite you to drop by and take part.

Connecting by Zoom

Take the time in advance to download Zoom to your device.. Completing this step now will save a step later when you launch your first meeting with us. Each of our online get-togethers will require a Zoom meeting ID, a password, or both. These are provided in the sections below. Mondays at Noon: Connection, reflection, and renewal 

From 12 to 12:30 p.m. PST (optional check ins from 12:30 to 1 p.m.), guest facilitators will bring special topics to deepen your connection to self and others.

Research shows group meditation helps deepen the meditative state. Various facilitators guide a 10-minute mindfulness talk and 20 minutes of meditation Wednesdays from 7 to 7:30 p.m. PST (optional check ins from 7:30 to 8 p.m.).
